Shipping, Delivery Times and Packaging
Credit card orders are shipped within 3 business days.
Orders by Money Order or Bank Check are shipped within
3 business days of receipt of payment.
All orders are shipped via Priority Mail. Delivery within
the United States typically takes 2-4 days. International
delivery varies by country.
All orders are packaged in priority mail containers.

Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds will be issued on shipped orders.
Within 30 days of receipt of any defective
video, upon notification, we will replace the defective
product with a new shipment of the same title at no cost
to you.

are seized by any governing agency will not be refunded.
